To ensure a fun and safe experience for all guests, we ask that you please adhere to the following rules while using our simulators and enjoying our space. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the primary guest to share these rules and regulations with their guests. Thank you for helping us maintain a great environment for everyone!
1. Simulator Use & Behavior
To maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have the following guidelines for simulator use:
- · No jumping or shoving on the simulator equipment.
- · No swinging or hitting the golf club while guests are within the strike zone.
- · No waving clubs near others—please be mindful of your surroundings at all times.
- · No throwing or letting clubs fall to the ground, mat, or simulator area.
- · No shoving, pushing, or roughhousing while on the simulator or in the vicinity.
- · No playing with buttons or equipment settings. The simulator features are for the game experience only.
- · No beverages are allowed inside the simulator bays. Please enjoy drinks at your table or bar area.
- · No children playing on or around the simulators, including rolling on, dancing on, or otherwise interacting with the equipment in a non-game-related way.
2. General Conduct
- · We ask that all guests respect the experience of others by keeping noise levels to a reasonable level and maintaining good sportsmanship at all times.
- · Inappropriate behavior, including roughhousing, disruptive actions, or any actions that may damage equipment, will not be tolerated.
- · Please be respectful of other players waiting for a turn and adhere to any time limits or requests from staff.
- · No running within the facility.
- You must be away from doors when smoking or vaping.
3. Children and Supervision
- Children 17 and under require a parent or guardian with them at the bay to ensure safety and proper supervision.
- Bookings with children 13 and under are a maximum booking of 2 hours.
- Parents and guardians must actively monitor and supervise the behavior of minors during their visit. Parents are required to monitor behavior and should behaviors not be corrected the staff will be required to remove the children from the golfing experience.
- For reservations with multiple children in attendance, guests are required to call the facility in advance to make arrangements.
- IMPORTANT While we fully support and encourage youth participation in golf, we strive to maintain the quality of our units and a positive atmosphere for all guests. To help ensure this, our staff may ask that children exhibiting inappropriate behavior be removed from the golfing experience if they are not properly supervised by an adult.
4. Safety
- · Always be mindful of your surroundings and fellow guests. If you are unfamiliar with the simulator or any of the equipment, please ask our staff for assistance.
- · Any injuries, whether from equipment or gameplay, should be reported to staff immediately. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
5. Appropriate Clothing and Footwear
- · Footwear: Please wear clean and dry footwear. No spikes of any kind are allowed due to the potential damage they can cause to the simulator mats. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
- · Clothing: Proper golfing attire is encouraged, but not required. Please ensure that your clothing is comfortable and suitable for physical activity. Avoid loose or dangling items that could interfere with gameplay or cause safety concerns.
6. No Outside Food or Beverages
· Food & Drinks: For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, outside food and beverages are not permitted.
7. BOOKINGS
- Booking information - We require your name, telephone number, email address, and valid credit card to reserve a bay. Note that your credit card will hold a $30.00 reservation fee at the time of booking. The balance will be released and you will be charged your simulator hours on your bill along with any food or beverages to be paid after you are done playing.
- Cancellation - Gateway Golf enforces a firm 24 hour cancellation policy. Anytime prior to 24 hours before your tee time, you may cancel your booking with absolutely no penalty or fee by call and speaking to a staff member.
- Please note that due to AGCO & Health regulations, No outside food or beverages are permitted.
- Please note that bay time ends 5 minutes prior to the end of your booked time so that we can properly clean the bay and allow the next group to start on time. Thank you for managing your pace of play accordingly!
- Although we allow our customers to choose which bay they'd like to play in, we reserve the right to move reservations to other bays to optimize the tee sheet and allow for other customer bookings
6. Events & Groups
· Any groups over 6 must communicate with staff prior to arrival in order to ensure ample seating for you group. Any birthday/event bookings (14+ years of age) must be completed by staff to gather details and review rules & regulations.
