How Our Gift Card Fundraising Program Works
Our Gift Card Fundraising Program makes it easy for teams and organizations to raise money while supporting a local business.
Here’s how it works:
- Register Your Team or Organization
Your team will receive a simple order form to share with players, families, and supporters.
- Sell Gift Cards
Supporters purchase gift cards in the following denominations:
$25 • $50 • $75 • $100
- Fundraising Period Ends
Once your sale period is complete, we’ll provide your group organizer with a summary of total gift card sales.
- Group Payment & Pickup
The group organizer submits one combined payment for all gift cards sold. The Clubhouse will then prepare the gift cards for pickup or distribution.
- Funds Back to Your Team
For every $25 gift card sold, $5 is donated back to your team or organization.
