WINTER LEAGUE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

 The Men’s League begins the week of Monday, November 2, 2026. Players may complete their rounds on Mondays or Tuesdays.

The Women’s League begins Wednesday, November 4, 2026.

Both leagues include 10 weeks of regular league play, followed by an end-of-season championship. There will be a 2-week PAUSE during the Christmas Holiday Season.

Once your registration fee has been paid, there are no additional league fees.

 No. Our indoor leagues are designed to be competitive, social, and welcoming. Golfers of different experience levels are encouraged to participate and will be in a separate flight. 

 Yes. League spaces and preferred playing times are limited. Registration is only confirmed once full payment has been received. 

 No. We understand that schedules can change. Players may reserve different times from week to week, subject to bay availability. 

 Yes. League members must call ahead to reserve their bay and playing time. Booking early is recommended, especially if you have a preferred time or want to play with a specific group. We do suggest booking all your tee-times at the beginning of the season if you are able.

 Yes. One person may reserve all four spaces on a bay. Please provide the names of everyone who will be playing. 

Yes. Shift workers may call to reserve a daytime bay and should mention that the booking is for a league round. Groups may also request daytime reservations, subject to availability. 

 You are welcome to make a request, and we will do our best to accommodate it. Specific bays cannot always be guaranteed. 

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you find another available time to complete your round. 

Contact The Clubhouse as soon as you know you cannot attend. Any opportunity to make up a missed round will depend on bay availability and the league scoring deadlines. 

 Playing time can vary depending on the number of golfers sharing the bay and the pace of play. When reserving, our staff can help arrange the appropriate amount of time for your group. 

Players are encouraged to bring their own clubs. If you require rental clubs, please contact us before your reservation to confirm availability. 

Your round must be identified as a league round when you check in so the appropriate score can be recorded. You will be required to download the Golfzon Global app and create an account so your scores can be tracked in the league setup.

Practice time is not included in the league registration fee. Additional simulator time may be reserved separately, subject to regular rates and bay availability. 

Yes. Entry into the weekly prize competitions is included with your registration. There is no additional entry fee. 

Yes. The end-of-season championship is included in your league registration fee. The championship date, schedule, and format will be shared with registered league members closer to the end of the season. . 

Call The Clubhouse to provide your registration information and arrange payment. You can register individually, or as a pair depending on the league. 

Payment can be made over the phone or by e-transfer to bookings@gatewaygolf.ca. 

 When sending an e-transfer, please include your full name, email address, and phone number in the message or notes section. 

 No. Your registration and league space are confirmed once full payment has been received. 

Yes. Please clearly identify the names and contact information of every player included in the payment.

• The names of your partner or group members, if applicable

Please contact The Clubhouse directly regarding cancellations, transfers, or refund requests. Any applicable registration policies will be reviewed with you. 

The Men’s League is 18-hole individual stroke play. There will be two different Tee-Off times available and golfers will be placed in a group of 4-players to play their round. Each golfer records an individual score, even when playing alongside friends. 

 The main league nights are Mondays and Tuesdays. Players must call ahead to reserve a time for their weekly round. If you are unavailable Mondays/Tuesdays you can make arrangements to play your round during any weekday by calling and speaking to the staff.

 Registration is $559 plus tax per player. Players who register as a pair pay $529 plus tax per player. 

Yes. Individual registrations are welcome. You do not need a partner or foursome to join the Men’s League.

Women’s League is played on Wednesdays, beginning November 4, 2026. Players should call ahead to reserve their preferred time. If you are unavailable Wednesdays you can make arrangements to play your round during any weekday by calling and speaking to the staff.

The Women’s League is played as a two-woman scramble, so players are encouraged to register with a partner. If you would like to participate but do not have a partner, contact us and we will connect you with another individual who is looking for a teammate. 

Yes. If two teams would like to share a bay, one person can reserve all four spaces. Please provide the names of all players when making the reservation.
